The Berrien Leadership Academy is a year-long comprehensive professional development experience created to help aspiring school leaders develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude in order to be a successful school leader. Our goal is to provide equity-focused leadership training, coaching, and support that builds capacity in individuals while creating a bench of strong leaders for Berrien County Schools.
